ILEX MEDICAL (TASE:ILX), the company board of directors decided to restructure it's nutriceutical business in South Africa (GNC SA). Following this decision and as of August 31st, GNC-SA shall close all its 6 retails stores. However, it will continue to support the distribution of GNC products in the pharmacies and health stores.
This change will enable the company to return to profitability toward the end of fiscal year 2004.
