ILEX MEDICAL (TASE:ILX) announces that Orsyx, its laboratory information system (LIS) software division, entered into an agreement with Olympus UK, a fully owned subsidiary of Olympus corporation, to distribute its eLab laboratory information systems in the UK primarily. The value of the contract is Sterling 800,000, in addition to the annual service and support.
Olympus UK will combine the eLab with its diagnostic systems to offer comprehensive laboratory automation solutions to the clinical diagnostic market.
