ILIMS™ covers the whole range of your laboratory application needs, from chemistry and immunology to hematology and blood bank. Recent upgrades provide an elegant tool for integrating the microbiology laboratory into your ILIMS™.

The basic kernel, enables direct connection and transfer of information to and from virtually any clinical analyzer and any host computer system. It can be deployed as a stand-alone or networked system, meeting the needs of single laboratories, as well as hospitals and regional centers. It is a fully scalable solution to fit your laboratory's present and future needs.

ILIMS™ is designed with a modular architecture surrounding a flexible core kernel. As lab needs change, ORSYS responds by improving existing performance and adding new functionality. All modules are available in a number of languages and alphabets, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Hebrew.

With full-featured authorization and auditing procedures, multiple levels of Password-controlled access can be defined and configured to provide or deny users access to critical activities or resources. A sophisticated auditing system can be employed to create logs of user activities in the system audit book.

ILIMS™ presents laboratory information in an easy-to-understand, useful and relevant manner. The screen's design and engineering enables the operating staff to carryout work in an intuitive and self-consistent fashion. No particular computer skills are required. Staff training cycles are short, typically less than a few days. ORSYS division provides seminars and educational courses to enhance your knowledge and ability to fully leverage the many advanced features.

ILIMS™ is highly configurable: all system parameters can be customized without requiring external assistance. Individual screen options may be customized at the workstation level.

All connections use the full capability of analyzer interface supplied by the instrument manufacturer, including bi-directional interchange, all query modes, histograms and scatterplots. The new generation of expandable modular analyzers that incorporate two or more individual patient and QC data streams can also be fully interfaced.

POSTMAN

With the Postman module you can transfer groups of records and QC between any set of corresponding laboratories by e-mail. Records are encrypted for enhanced security. The system recognizes only certified senders.

Typical uses include the performance of tests at remote labs by less qualified staff. Records are then uploaded to a central facility for validation and approval, and returned for local distribution and archiving.
