The Ilex Service Department is composed of 15 technicians and electrical engineers, most of whom have been with the company for over 5 years.
Several of the senior engineers have over 20 years of experience in the field of medical instrumentation. The department services a large number of instruments in a variety of fields including: hematology, chemistry, coagulation, endocrinology, virology, electrophoresis, microbiology, cancer markers and more.
